judisini Platform Agreement

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and judisini ("judisini", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://judisini.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the judisini Platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, accessing promotional offers, or submitting any personal information — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the judisini Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. judisini strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or above. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or close accounts pending verification.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal prohibition on gambling in your place of residence or access.
3. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using your own identity or the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4. Accurate Information: All information submitted at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by judisini or any affiliated platform. If you are currently self-excluded and attempt to register, you must contact our support team immediately.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the judisini Platform, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered Account. Account registration requires you to provide a valid username, password, email address, phone number, and date of birth. All fields must be completed accurately.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at the contact details set out in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, judisini requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This is a one-time process requiring submission of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and a recent selfie. KYC verification must be completed in the name matching the Account registration details. Accounts that fail or decline KYC verification will have withdrawal privileges suspended pending resolution.

Account Inactivity. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be deemed dormant. judisini reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule notified to users at that time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

judisini supports a range of Malaysian payment channels to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and select cryptocurrency channels (BTC, USDT). All Account transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction (RM10 for e-wallet channels).
• Deposit processing times vary by channel: e-wallets and DuitNow are typically instant; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• judisini reserves the right to request evidence confirming ownership of any payment method used.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before the bonus component of your balance may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• Processing time for e-wallets and DuitNow: typically 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers: typically 30 minutes to 2 business hours.
• judisini reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing withdrawal requests that exceed specified threshold amounts.

Betting Rules & Wagers

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the judisini Platform, including sports betting, live betting, casino games, virtual sports, and e-sports markets:

• Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid and binding upon receipt of a confirmation message on the Platform. Bets placed prior to receiving confirmation are not considered accepted.
• Odds and Prices. All odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance shall be the odds applied to the wager. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and judisini accepts no liability for delays caused by network latency or browser lag.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed on the Platform. judisini reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual users or events without prior notice.
• Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where an event is abandoned, postponed (and not replayed within the applicable settlement window), or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Voided bets are refunded to the Account balance in full.
• Errors and Omissions. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or settlement data, judisini reserves the right to cancel or re-settle affected bets at the correct price. We are not liable for any losses arising from errors originating with third-party data providers.
• Fraud and Collusion. Any bet placed using fraudulent means, in collusion with other parties, or through the exploitation of system errors will be voided and the Account suspended. judisini uses automated detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns.

Bonuses & Promotions

judisini offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible Account holders only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple instances of a single offer constitutes fraud and will result in Account termination.
• Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. Qualifying game contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100%; certain slots and casino games may contribute at reduced rates as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention. judisini reserves the right to withhold, amend, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where we reasonably determine that the offer has been claimed fraudulently, through use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.
• Variation. judisini reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bets already accepted under existing promotional terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the judisini Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one Account per individual user.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform on behalf of, or with funds belonging to, a third party.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in games or odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine play.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing judisini staff or other users via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the judisini Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software code, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of judisini or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of judisini.

Any unauthorised use of judisini's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judisini, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or Platform downtime;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform;
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.

judisini's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Suspension & Termination

judisini reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity theft, or money laundering;
• A User fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• A User is found to be under the age of 21;
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or court order;
• A User engages in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or offensive towards our staff.

Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User via the most recent verified payment method, following completion of any outstanding due diligence requirements.

Responsible Gambling

judisini is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting the welfare of its players. We provide a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion (temporary and permanent), and account cooling-off periods.

Self-Exclusion. Any User who feels that their gambling is becoming problematic may request self-exclusion at any time through our customer support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly, and during the exclusion period the User's Account will be suspended and access to the Platform denied.

Age Restriction. The judisini Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We take our obligations in respect of underage gambling seriously and maintain robust age verification procedures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which judisini holds its operating licence.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, game settlement, or Account balance, Users must contact judisini customer support in the first instance. We will investigate and respond to all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt. Users agree to use our internal dispute resolution procedure before pursuing any external legal remedy.

Language. These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

Amendments to These Terms

judisini reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Platform. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the contact details held on their Accounts.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
